RETURNS POLICY

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange ( if you require a different size )  or refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new ( the garment has only been tried on for fit ) and in the original packaging with all hang tags attached.

 

All returns for orders over 30 days old must be sent back to Cadenzia ltd within one month of the refund or exchange request being made.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are not in saleable condition.

 

If you have purchased Cadenzia cycling product from a  third-party retailer, you should return the products directly to the store where they were purchased.

FAULTY GOODS

At Cadenzia we are committed to produce premium products, and stands behind the excellent quality of the products it produces. From time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us.


Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty.
Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return.


Receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.
